What you're agreeing to by using quickinsurancequote.online.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of quickinsurancequote.online (the "Site"), run by Quick Insurance Quote, Inc. ("Quick Insurance Quote," "we," "us," or "our"). Using the Site means you accept these Terms — if that's not something you're comfortable with, please don't use the Site.
Browsing the Site, sending in a quote request, or calling the number posted here confirms that you've read these Terms and our Privacy Policy, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
Quick Insurance Quote runs an independent platform for comparing insurance quotes. We're a licensed broker registered in Texas, but we don't underwrite, issue, bind, or manage any insurance policies ourselves. When you send in a request, we pass it along to licensed agents and carriers in our network who may then reach out with quotes and coverage options.
You need to be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to use this Site.
Submitting your details through the Site means you're agreeing to hear from Quick Insurance Quote and our network of licensed carriers and agents — by phone, text, or email — about insurance quotes and coverage, even if you're on a Do Not Call list. This consent isn't required to buy anything, and you're free to opt out whenever you want.
You agree to give us accurate, current, complete information when using the Site. The quotes and options you see depend directly on the accuracy of what you tell us, and getting details wrong can lead to different pricing or coverage terms down the line.
The design, content, logos, and text on this Site belong to Quick Insurance Quote or our licensors, and are protected under copyright and trademark law. Carrier names and logos mentioned here stay the property of their respective owners; showing up on our Site doesn't mean that carrier endorses us or has a formal partnership with us unless we say so directly.
We don't control what the independent, licensed agents and carriers in our network actually do. Any policy you end up buying is a contract strictly between you and that carrier or agent, under their own terms, pricing, and underwriting rules. Quick Insurance Quote isn't a party to that agreement and isn't responsible for those third parties' products, services, or conduct.
The Site and our matching service come "as is" and "as available," with no warranties, express or implied. We can't promise you'll get a quote, that any quote will be the cheapest one out there, or that the Site will always run without interruption or errors.
To whatever extent the law allows, Quick Insurance Quote won't be on the hook for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages stemming from your use of the Site or your dealings with any carrier or agent in our network.
These Terms follow the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes kick in the moment they're posted here, and the date up top reflects the latest revision. If you keep using the Site after we make changes, that means you're on board with the new version.
